As temperatures warm, baby animals arrive on the farm, and the gray landscape turns green, we invite you to venture outside and explore the many things to do, to see, and to learn. Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea
May 10 and 11
Two seatings: 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 – 3:30 p.m.
Reservations Required
Celebrate mom, grandma, and the other mother figures in your life with a traditional Afternoon Tea at Ox & Yoke Café at Old Sturbridge Village. Guests can sip an assortment of teas, and taste a variety of small bites including delectable sandwiches and mini desserts. Reservations are required as seating is limited. Learn more.

Wool Days
May 24 – 26
9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Throughout the weekend, farmers will shear our sheep while costumed historians demonstrate the entire wool process, from scouring and carding the wool to dyeing, spinning, and then knitting the hand-spun wool yarn. Learn more and plan your Wool Days visit.

Muster Day
May 31
9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Join us for our spring Muster Day to learn about militia history and see demonstrations of marching, musket and cannon firing, martial music, and target practice. Learn more about Spring Muster Day.

Sing, Dance, and More!
Dates vary.
Every day at the Village offers the opportunity to see, discover, or learn something new. Learn a dance with the OSV Dancers on April 19th or May 3rd, catch a performance by the OSV singers on April 26th or May 17th, or join us for Tavern Day on April 5th or June 7th. Children and teens ages 6-17 can participate in summer Discovery Adventures where they will dress in costume, try their hands at historical crafts and skills, play games, and so much more.
