Visible mending celebrates repairs by using colorful threads, creative stitching, or patches to make them stand out as unique, artistic features. It's a sustainable way to extend a garment's life, reduce waste, and embrace imperfections. No prior experience is required, though hand-sewing familiarity is helpful. All materials—needles, thread, fabric, and darning tools— will be provided. Come ready to stitch with Mary Ann Stewart (@freshcercle) for this one-hour workshop and leave with new mending skills. This workshop takes place in the Bullard Great Room.

In just one hour, you'll be guided through the process of making at least two unique and functional creations. All materials will be provided, so you can dive straight into the fun of assembling your books. Whether a beginner or a seasoned crafter, this workshop offers something for everyone. This workshop takes place in the Bullard Great Room.
