Members and their canine companions are invited to join in the annual Halloween Dog Costume Show at Old Sturbridge Village! Dress your dog in a costume of your choice and join the festive fun as participants gather on the Village Common. Your dog's costume can be scary, silly, or anything else you can come up with! Staff judges will select one winner for a Village-made redware dog bowl! Pre-registration is required by September 21st (see below). Please note that this program is limited to the first 20 members who register.
Please note: While service animals are always permitted at the Village, pets are not allowed except on designated Dog Days. Dog Days are a member-exclusive perk and dogs must be registered prior to visiting. Learn more about membership here. Owner of the dog must be a current member of Old Sturbridge Village. “Guest” dogs, those not belonging to the primary holder(s) of the Old Sturbridge Village membership, are not eligible to participate. All Dog Days policies apply to the Halloween Dog Costume Show.
