Standard daytime admission is non-refundable but tickets can be applied towards another date.
Tickets to Phantoms by Firelight and Christmas by Candlelight are non-refundable unless Old Sturbridge Village cancels for any reason. Tickets to these programs can be rescheduled pending availability.
Registration for Discovery Adventures, Historical Craft Classes, and other fee-based programs include a non-refundable registration fee of $5 per registrant. A full refund – less the registration fee – is extended to registrants who cancel or change their registration one month prior to the start of the program. If Old Sturbridge Village cancels a program for any reason, registrants will receive a full refund, including the registration fee.
Home School Day and Scout Day workshop fees are non-refundable. However, prepaid admission tickets can be applied toward future daytime admission; just present your print-out at the Visitor Center. (Adults applying an $15 Scout Day ticket or Home School Day ticket toward regular $30 admission will be asked to pay the difference).
